Meet the Team

EAt Sundance, each patient is provided with a comprehensive care team tailored to their individual needs. This team includes a dedicated Nurse who oversees their medical care, provides training, and manages their dialysis treatment; a Dietician who collaborates with the patient and their family to address dietary requirements and develop strategies for maintaining a balanced diet alongside dialysis; and a Social Worker who supports the patient’s broader social needs, including facilitating transplant referrals, addressing medical concerns, conducting depression screenings, and more.
