We treat patients, not just their dialysis.
Sundance Home Dialysis is an independent, locally run home-dialysis center in Hurst, Texas, serving families across the Mid-Cities and the greater Fort Worth area. We're not part of a national chain. That's the point.
Founding Story
Sundance was founded in 2021 on a simple belief: that people on dialysis deserve to keep living their lives, not schedule their lives around a clinic. Those interested in home dialysis waited months get education on home dialysis and to get started on the process. It was a hurdle and a process to start home dialysis to. After years of seeing patients spend hours, three days a week, tied to an in-center chair, or waste months to get started with life via home dialysis, founder Dr Jalandhara set out to build something different — a place close to home where dialysis works quietly in the background while you get on with what matters.
What makes us different
Because we're small and independent, you're a person here, not a chart number. You work with the same nurse, the same dietitian, and the same social worker over time — a team that learns your name, your routine, and your goals. When something comes up, you call us, not a national hotline.
We focus exclusively on home dialysis, and we offer both options: peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD). We'll never push you toward one path — we teach you all your choices and help you pick what fits your life. And we actively support patients toward transplant, working alongside the major transplant programs in the Fort Worth area.

Sundance is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The gold seal give you and your family full confidence that we adhere to not just the CMS/Medicare standards but meet standards beyond that as set by ACHC.
