• Independent and responsive. Your patient is managed by a small, consistent team, not routed through a national call center. Patients reach us directly.

• Both home modalities. PD (APD and CAPD) and home hemodialysis, so patients aren't limited by what one program happens to offer.

• Transplant-forward. We actively support and track patients toward transplant and coordinate with [Baylor Scott & White All Saints, Medical City Fort Worth, Texas Health Harris Methodist, and UT Southwestern] and others.

• You keep the relationship. Patients can continue under their referring nephrologist. 

• Full team on staff: Home-dialysis nursing, renal dietitian, and social work.

What we accept

​

• Vascular / peritoneal access:

  • No access: no problem, we will work with your preferred surgeon to get the access placed

  • PD catheter > ready or buried > good to go

  • HHD: AV fistula, AV graft, CVC. Yes, they can access catheters for home hemodialysis

  • Solo HHD: We will screen and confirm that your patients is capable of doing solo HHD.

• Insurance: 

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid

  • Most all commercial and advantage plans accepted

  • Uninsured? We would love to help your uninsured or unfunded patients. Give us a shout out and let us do the legwork of getting them funding. 

• Referral turnaround: We respond to referrals within one business day and begin insurance verification immediately.

1. Fax the referral and most recent H&P / labs to (817) 840-5192.

2. Call us at (817) 840-5191 to discuss a patient directly.
