Home Dialysis in Alliance (North Fort Worth), TX

Alliance is north Fort Worth in motion: warehouse shifts, airport-adjacent jobs, new neighborhoods, and a lot of people whose clock starts early. If kidney disease has you looking at dialysis, a three-day in-center schedule can collide with all of that. Home dialysis near Alliance is the version where you train with a small independent team in Hurst, then run peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis in your own place so a 4 a.m. work start is still possible.

Sundance Home Dialysis is not a national chain dropping a pin on a map. We are a home-only clinic at 1809 Precinct Line Road in Hurst, founded in 2021 by Dr. Jalandhara. Alliance sits northwest of us, up toward I-35W and the Alliance Airport side of town. You come southeast to Hurst to learn. You treat at home in Alliance, Heritage, or the north Fort Worth streets you already know.

Overnight PD (APD) is often the schedule people ask about first when work cannot move. The cycler runs while you sleep. Days can stay available. Home hemodialysis is the other option if a machine and vascular access are the better fit. We teach both. We do not pick for you on a webpage.

Free education session: 817-840-5191. Keep your referring nephrologist.

Therapy that can live with a north-side schedule

PD: lining of the abdomen as a filter, soft catheter, fluid in and out. APD at night or CAPD in the day.

HHD: hemodialysis machine at home. Schedule set with your care team. May be shorter and more frequent than a classic clinic shift.

Training is in Hurst, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If your job is nights or rotating, say so when you call so we do not pretend everyone can train at 9 a.m. forever.

The team is nurses, a renal dietitian, and a social worker who work as one small group. ACHC-accredited, as already stated on our site. Family welcome in training. Home visit before you are fully on your own at home. Supplies delivered to Alliance-area addresses.

Alliance to the Hurst clinic

You are not next door, but you are still in the same metro. From the Alliance corridor you generally drop south and east toward the Mid-Cities and Precinct Line Road.

That drive is for education, training, and follow-up. It is not the dialysis schedule. Once you are home on PD or HHD, Alliance is where treatment happens.

Education and physician referrals

Come learn before you decide. Ask about space for supply boxes in a newer house, about a roommate, about travel back to family out of state. If you need a PD catheter or a fistula, we work with your preferred surgeon.

You keep your nephrologist. Transplant path, if you are on one, is coordinated with Baylor Scott & White All Saints, Medical City Fort Worth, Texas Health Harris Methodist, and UT Southwestern (/refer).

Providers: fax 817-840-5192, call 817-840-5191, or refer online at sundancedialysis.com/refer. Independent home-only program. PD (APD and CAPD) plus HHD. Referring doctor stays in charge of the relationship.
