Home Dialysis in Keller, TX
Keller sits right above Hurst. If you need dialysis and you live off 170, 377, or the Keller Parkway side of town, you do not have to pick a downtown Fort Worth clinic just because that is where the big names are. Home dialysis near Keller can mean a short trip to a small independent program on Precinct Line Road for training, then treatments in your own kitchen, spare room, or bedroom while the rest of Keller keeps moving.
Sundance Home Dialysis LLC is that program. Home-only. Peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis. Founded in 2021 by Dr. Jalandhara. Not a national chain. The clinic address is 1809 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, TX 76054, which is the Hurst / Keller corridor people here already drive without thinking. You are not being asked to become a Dallas patient. You are being asked whether dialysis has to run your calendar.
Plenty of Keller households are juggling school drop-off, a job toward Alliance or Fort Worth, and aging parents. Three rigid clinic shifts fight all of that. PD, especially overnight cycler therapy (APD), is built so dialysis can happen while you sleep. Home hemodialysis is the other lane if a machine at home is the better medical or personal fit.
Call 817-840-5191. Free education session. Keep your nephrologist.
A local clinic, not a regional campus
Because we are small, you see the same nurses. A renal dietitian and a social worker are on the team. ACHC-accredited, as we already state on sundancedialysis.com. We are not going to decorate a Keller page with ratings we did not put in this brief.
PD (peritoneal dialysis): a catheter in the abdomen, fluid in and out, lining of the belly as the filter. APD at night or CAPD by hand in the day.
HHD (home hemodialysis): a machine at home, access in your arm or, in some cases, a catheter, on a schedule you set with us.
Training is in Hurst, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. From Keller that is a neighborhood drive, not a day trip. Family is welcome. When you go home on therapy, a home visit is part of the handoff. Supplies deliver to Keller.
Keller and the Hurst clinic
Precinct Line Road is the through-line. If you already shop or commute along that edge of Hurst and North Richland Hills, you have almost been to the clinic. After training, dialysis does not require that drive three times a week. Clinic follow-up does, on a much kinder rhythm.
Learn first
You do not have to arrive knowing PD from HHD. That is the education session. No pressure to sign anything that morning. If you need a PD catheter or vascular access, we work with your preferred surgeon. If you already have a kidney doctor in Keller, Grapevine, or Fort Worth, stay with them. We coordinate.
Transplant partners we already name on the refer page: Baylor Scott & White All Saints, Medical City Fort Worth, Texas Health Harris Methodist, UT Southwestern.
Referrals from Keller-area offices
Providers: fax 817-840-5192, call 817-840-5191, or submit at sundancedialysis.com/refer. Independent home-only. Both modalities. Referring nephrologist stays involved.
