Home Dialysis in the Mid-Cities
The Mid-Cities are where Sundance actually lives. Hurst, and the towns that share this stretch between Fort Worth and Dallas, are not towns we listed because a map told us to. They are the neighborhood. If you need dialysis and you already grocery-shop, work, or take kids to practice in Hurst, Euless, Bedford, or the next suburb over, home dialysis near the Mid-Cities can mean training down the road on Precinct Line, then treating at home so you are not exporting your weeks to a chain clinic in another part of the metro.
Sundance Home Dialysis LLC, 1809 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, TX 76054, is an independent home-only program. PD and home hemodialysis. Founded in 2021 by Dr. Jalandhara. We are the local option on purpose. You will not be transferred through a national call tree. You will get a Hurst number and a small team that expects to know your name.
Mid-Cities life is already full: 183, 121, 820, airport shifts, school calendars. In-center dialysis fights that. Overnight PD (APD) can put therapy in sleeping hours. Home hemodialysis can put the machine in your house on a schedule you help write. Either way, the point is the same. Dialysis in the background. Your life in the foreground.
Call 817-840-5191 for a free education session. Keep your nephrologist.
What "home-only" means here
We do not run a room of chairs as our main business. We train people for:
-
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) - APD with a cycler at night, or CAPD with manual exchanges in the day. The filter is the lining of your abdomen. A soft catheter, placed by a surgeon we can help coordinate.
-
Home hemodialysis (HHD) - a machine at home, vascular access, a prescription you and the team set.
Nurses train you in Hurst until you are comfortable. A renal dietitian and a social worker work with the same group. Family can come to training. A home visit is part of going home. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We are ACHC-accredited, matching what we already publish. No star-rating badge on this page.
You are close to the clinic
From much of the Mid-Cities, Precinct Line Road is a local drive. Hurst is the clinic city. Euless and Bedford sit next door. North Richland Hills, Colleyville, and Grapevine are the towns many of our neighbors already name in the same breath.
After training, you are not driving 183 three mornings a week for dialysis. You come back for clinic follow-up on a saner cadence. That is a different life than in-center, even if you only live ten minutes from a chain unit.
Education, referrals, transplant
A free education session is the front door. No pressure to pick PD or HHD that day. If you have a nephrologist in the Mid-Cities, keep them. We coordinate.
