Your Doctor

Your physician is your care partner who will work with you to help manage your health. Your nephrologist will coordinate your transplant referral, your dialysis prescription, your other health conditions, and everything else. Need help finding a cardiologist or any other physician? please ask your nephrologist. Need refills on your meds? your nurse or your doctor are there to help. They are your coach and your cheerleaders at the same time.
